That's exactly why we're building AerialPin.
Developed by Ballah Studios, AerialPin is an upcoming SaaS platform built specifically for real estate photographers who use DJI drones. Its purpose is simple: help you create professional, informative aerial marketing images in minutes instead of hours.
As photographers ourselves, we noticed there wasn't a modern tool built specifically for annotating aerial property images.
Most photographers rely on Photoshop templates, manually search Google Maps for nearby amenities, draw every leader line by hand, and spend valuable time aligning labels. While the results can look great, the process is repetitive and difficult to scale.
AerialPin aims to change that by bringing everything into one streamlined platform.
AerialPin is designed around DJI drone imagery and uses the GPS and camera metadata embedded within your photos to help create accurate, professional annotations.
Instead of manually guessing where a nearby school or shopping centre should appear, AerialPin helps position points of interest relative to the property's location, giving buyers a better understanding of the surrounding neighbourhood.
